Welcome to the new F1 Boston Blog! I’m RJ Valentine, founder of F1 Boston. We’ve fired up the blog to give kart racers and fan’s a new portal to share news and discuss what’s happening far and near in the world of Motorsports. I welcome you and hope you’ll give us feedback on the blog, the topics that get posted, plus anything else you feel like adding. I’ll kick it off by announcing that on April 21^st Devin Hilsinger broke the track record on Track 1 – the new record is 18.60 seconds. The 16 year old Junior Race Academy graduate nailed the lap during a 90-minute junior endurance race. The previous record, which stood since 2003, was held by Kyle Callahan with 18.77 second lap. No surprise, both racers compete in our 1A elite race division. Tell us about your best lap! See you at the track.
